Another thing you can do is to mix coconut oil and lime juice and apply it on the hair. Green coriander leaves can also help prevent hair loss. Even the simple coconut oil alone can help achieve this effect. Mustard oil (250 ml) boiled with henna leaves (100 g) is also one of the good home hair remedies for hair loss.

Did you know that black pepper can also be used? Combine it with ground lime seeds in a small quantity of water and then apply it to your scalp daily. Apply it most especially on bald patches, if there are any.

Another effective home remedy is the mixture of hot olive oil, honey, and a teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Before taking a bath, apply it to your scalp and leave it on for about 15 minutes. Rinse it off and proceed with your daily bath routine.

Aloe vera is another popular herbal plant used to stimulate hair growth.

Almond oil can also be massaged into the scalp twice or three times per day to stop further loss of hair. It is indeed a great hair loss treatment. Even castor oil, if regularly used, can be a great help to your hair and scalp problems.

All of these home hair remedies are effective, but it takes time before you see the results. These remedies are reasonable, since you are using natural ingredients that are simply found in your home. Just be patient and committed in using these ingredients for effective results in preventing hair loss and to stimulate the growth of your hair.

For better results, leave these ingredients in your hair at bedtime and wash them out the next morning. That way, you will be sure that your scalp has absorbed the ingredients.

It also helps if you trim your hair every 6 months. This way, you can get rid of split ends and your hair will grow better. It also helps to have a diet rich in protein, B vitamins, fatty acids and Vitamin A to stimulate hair growth. Just be careful to avoid a Vitamin A overdose. Supplements such as zinc and Vitamin C also stimulate hair growth by boosting the immune system.
